Temporary Labor for Food Service Substitutes (Term Contract)

Scope of work

Temporary food-service substitute labor for school cafeterias, as needed; vendor must fill shifts within 1-2 hours of a call and replace unsatisfactory staff within 1 hour.

Minimum requirements

• Must demonstrate resources/capability to cover shifts on short notice
• bidder's markup must include insurance, Level II background clearance, and drug screening costs for all placed staff.
